Each individual player may hold one and only one alanodt5 account. This applies per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. alanodt5 actively monitors for duplicate accounts. Where a player is found to hold more than one account:

Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
alanodt5 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals held until verification is complete.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your alanodt5 account login credentials. alanodt5 will treat any action taken using your login details as an action taken by you personally, unless you notify us promptly that your account has been compromised.
alanodt5 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any communication channel. Any message requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.
alanodt5 – PKR deposits, instant bonuses, and transparent terms
The sections below cover the financial rules that affect your alanodt5 account most directly — how deposits work, how quickly withdrawals are processed, and exactly what wagering requirements mean in practice. alanodt5 has written these rules to be as clear as possible so you understand your money at every step.
alanodt5 accepts deposits via the following methods, all of which are processed in PKR:
The minimum deposit at alanodt5 is Rs 200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps which alanodt5 has no control over.
Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, and card payments are credited to your alanodt5 account instantly, typically within 60 seconds. IBFT bank transfers may take between 30 minutes and 4 hours depending on the sending bank's processing times.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. alanodt5 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Where a third-party deposit is identified, it will be returned to the source account and the deposited funds will not be credited to the betting account.
The minimum withdrawal from alanodt5 is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
For security purposes, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. alanodt5 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes:
alanodt5 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal for up to 48 hours while identity verification is completed for accounts that have not previously been verified, or where unusual activity has been detected. Players will be notified of any such hold and informed of what documentation is required to release the withdrawal.
Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only the real money balance and fully wagered bonus amounts are available for withdrawal at any time. If a player chooses to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement on an active bonus, that bonus and any associated bonus winnings will be forfeited — but the player's real money balance remains fully withdrawable.
The minimum bet on alanodt5 is Rs 50 per wager on all products, including sports betting, Aviator, Andar Bahar, and virtual sports. Maximum bet limits vary by product and market and are displayed on the relevant betting interface.
All bets on alanodt5 are settled according to the official result of the relevant event. In the case of sports bets, the result declared by the governing body of the sport is used. In the case of casino games, the outcome displayed by the certified RNG or live dealer system is final. alanodt5 does not accept any responsibility for errors in odds that arise from technical faults and reserves the right to void and refund such bets.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed and not rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe; a technical error results in incorrect odds being displayed; or the event was manifestly impacted by circumstances that render the result invalid under the rules of the relevant sport.
PSL betting on alanodt5 is subject to the official ICC and PCB match rules in addition to alanodt5's general betting rules. Matches abandoned due to weather are settled on the Duckworth-Lewis result where one is declared, or voided if no official result is reached. Super overs are counted as part of the match result unless specifically stated otherwise in the market description.
All Aviator game outcomes and RNG casino game results on alanodt5 are generated by an independently certified random number generator. The RTP (return-to-player) figures for all RNG games are published on the relevant game pages. Past outcomes have no bearing on future results — alanodt5 does not endorse any betting systems or strategies that claim otherwise.

Deposit-match bonuses at alanodt5 are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the specific promotion terms. The wagering requirement multiplier is applied to the bonus amount only, not to the player's deposit. For example, a Rs 2,000 bonus with an 8x requirement means Rs 16,000 must be wagered on eligible games before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
Different game types contribute different percentages of each bet towards wagering requirements. Sports bets and virtual sports contribute 100% per Rs 1 wagered. Aviator contributes 100% per Rs 1 wagered. Live casino games including Andar Bahar contribute at a lower rate as stated in the specific promotion terms. Cashback promotions — including the PSL weekly cashback, Andar Bahar weekend cashback, and VIP monthly cashback — are credited as real money with no wagering requirement. Cashback is calculated on net losses over the qualifying period and is credited to the player's wallet at the times stated in each promotion's specific terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, alanodt5 shall not be liable for:

Continued use of alanodt5 after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect and withdraw your remaining balance.
Minor corrections — such as spelling corrections, clarification of existing provisions, or formatting changes — may be made without player notification, provided they do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of players.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
